Manager, Sprott Asset Management

Jason is a Manager with Sprott Asset Management. He originally joined Sprott in 2006, working in the Investment Administration group. In 2007 he moved on to the Business Solutions group as a Business Analyst. He left in 2009 as a Sr. Business Analyst/Project Manager to pursue his MBA from the Sauder School of Business.

During his time at Sauder, Jason participated in a number of extra-curricular activities. He was President of the Sauder MBA Sailing Club and led a team to Italy for the Rolex MBA Conference and Regatta hosted by SDA Bocconi, where they placed 3rd in an international field of MBA Schools. Also, he was the co-creator of the Sauder MBA Martial Arts Club, as well as did business development and logistics for the UBC Electric Car Club and coordinated the first ever fully electric unsupported car trip across Canada.

After completion of his MBA, Jason returned to Sprott in 2011 as a Project Manager and then went on to become the Manager of a team of Developers and Business Analysts.

Jason has continued to be involved and gives back to Sauder by engaging Alumni and helping to build a strong network of professionals.
